About The Sexual Health Hub
Free, confidential sexual and reproductive health services for all ages, online and in person.
Our in person services are provided by HCRG Care Group and online services are provided by SH:24.
Who are HCRG Care Group?
HCRG Care Group has delivered integrated sexual health care since 2011. We change lives by transforming health and social care.
The Sexual Health Hub is commissioned by local authorities and works closely with partners, like SH:24, local GP’s, pharmacies and VCSE agencies, to provide advice and services around contraception, relationships, sexually transmitted infections (including HIV) and abortion.
Our services are open to everyone regardless of age, gender, nationality, background. Everyone is welcome.

Who are SH:24?
SH:24 is a free digital sexual health service, delivered in partnership with the NHS. The Sexual Health Hub website and online services are powered by SH:24.
We make it easier for you to manage your sexual health. We provide free test kits, contraception, information and specialist advice – 24 hours a day. It’s quick, discreet and completely confidential.
SH:24 was set up by a team of public health professionals, sexual health clinicians, designers and academics. And it’s designed around your needs. It works alongside existing sexual health services with the simple aim of improving health and wellbeing.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission

They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care. They monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose their care.
