We’re a limited company and are also registered as a community interest company, and are regulated by the CIC Regulator and by Companies House.

Some of our Services may require one of our clinicians to contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or text, or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you gave us in your request for Services.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website. We may do so because we change the nature of our products or Services, for technical or legal reasons, or because the needs of our business have changed.
You agree that if you do not accept any amendment to our terms then you will immediately stop accessing and using the Service and our contract with you will terminate. If you carry on using our Service you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
Acceptable use policy

Prohibited uses

Applicable law
Please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
